Loblolly Designs, established in 2022, specializes in residential home design services, which captures plan drafting, interior architecture, home selections, cabinetry design, lighting/electrical design, 3D modeling, and more. Born and raised in North Carolina, Lindsay discovered her passion for residential design and construction early on. She earned a Bachelor's of Science in Interior Design from Appalachian State University before diving headfirst into her career. Over the next decade, she garnered extensive experience in all facets of the design and build process, working with high-end interior design firms and custom home builders.
She understands the importance of setting the foundation in the beginning with her clients by understanding their goals, how they live day-to-day, and their design aesthetic. From there, creating an overall cohesive design that is a reflection of her clients and their lifestyles. Partnering with builders and trades, Lindsay appreciates working together building a home that will be impactful on their clients' daily lives as well as enjoyed for years to come.
Lindsay, who had always admired her father's entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic, honored his legacy by naming her own business after the loblolly pine tree. She felt that the name not only paid tribute to her father's successful career (owning a trucking company that distributed pine needles), but also reflected her own commitment to hard work, integrity, and customer service.
